- Chicken cut in pieces 1 1/2 kg (6)

- Dry Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon
- Red Chilies power 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Plain Flour 2 cups
- Corn Flour 1 cup
- Cooking Oil
Wash chicken pieces fully and make deep cuts.
Take a bowl mix flour with corn flour, salt, garlic, red chili, black pepper and cumin in one half of the flour mixture, add water to make thick paste.
Keep the remaining dry flour aside.
Dip chicken pieces in the flour paste and put in refrigerator for 4-5 hours
Then roll the pieces in the dry flour and heat up cooking oil on medium fire for 5 min
Fry the chicken pieces on high heat until golden.
Serve with style make something Special with it u can serve it with rice or Simply with Dinner rolls
