Ingredients (For the puddings)

  • 1¬†kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons¬†soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • Cooking Oil




Step 1

1. Mix soy sauce, rice vine, garlic paste & chili paste in glass bowl

Step 2

2. Add chicken in the bowl, mix well that the paste totally covers the chicken pieces and put in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Step 3

3. Take a grilling rack brush hot grill rack with oil. Grill breasts 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done. Let chicken rest a few minutes

4. remove the pieces in a plate

Step 5

5. ready to serve show your creativity in garnishing
